Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from initiation to completionDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resourcesOversee site operations, including labor, subcontractors, equipment, and materialsEnsure compliance with engineering standards, local codes, safety regulations, and contract specificationsCoordinate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and clientsConduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality assurance checksIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction managementProven track record in large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and codes
