Lead by example on all HSE and quality issues, ensuring that HSE policies and procedures are adhered to With discipline reports - Review design documents and provide constructability input to designs Lead the production of sequenced Activity data, Test and Inspection Matrices and compile workpacks which detail all construction activities Manage all aspects of work-pack formulation this for timely issue of each scope as detailed in the project schedules. Review pre-Construction and construction progress against schedule. Attend and chair Subcontractor reviews. Support the ongoing In-Country activities with regular Interface contact this for Construction & Engineering activities, site visits required to support this. Lead by Example and promote HSE & awareness to all reports, coordinate for site detail feedback on same. Identify any Specialist Vendor Support, Tools and Equipment required to implement scope Liaising with study team lead discipline engineers on developing solutions on FEED Studies Interface with the required site surveys and generation of reports where required Advise on the area of construction / operational section of FEED report Assist with construction input to Bid preparation Development of Construction CTRs for Bid estimates Interface & Interact strongly with the Procurement & Supply chain divisions, on a day-to-day basis Manage the various Constructability Reviews, Readiness Reviews, Construction HSE plan etc as required, ensuring the various reports are generated to support the project. Responsible for continual timely deliverable of all Engineering & Construction Work-packs as required to be produced for each work order containing installation scopes Interface on daily basis with the assigned Project Engineers throughout the progress of project drawing deliverables. (Advise on areas where improvement or cost cutting can possibly be achieved Oversee the Test and Inspection Matrices and compile Workpacks which detail all construction activities Coordinate with Wood supervisors & Client representation Manage any welfare issues that may arise Lead and manage direct reports so as to maintain good working relationship, in a fair but strongly committed manner Provide mentor support to colleaguesDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor of Technology/EngineeringGender:nmNationality:Any Nationality
