Compliance Officer - Real EstateLocation: Emmar Business Park, Greens Salary: Up To AED 8,000Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our real estate operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and guiding internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the companys operations align with legal requirements.
  • Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures specific to real estate operations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance risks associated with real estate transactions and operations.
  • Provide training and education to internal stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and other relevant personnel, to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance policies.
  • Monitor real estate transactions and activities to identify potential compliance issues and report findings to senior management.
  • Conduct internal investigations related to compliance matters, collaborating with relevant departments and legal counsel as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits and inspections related to real estate compliance, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance-related activities and transactions, ensuring records are readily available for audits.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, with a focus on real estate compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
