Job Description

IIQAF is looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Communication Assistant to join our team. As a Communication Assistant, you will use your strong communication skills and creativity to promote IIQAFs initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing external communication strategies, promoting activities, and providing necessary support to the Communication team.Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit press releases, bylines, feature articles, newsletters, and other materials as directed
  • Create and manage content for IIQAFs website and social media accounts
  • Monitor and ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Assist with strategic communications planning and scheduling
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal teams on communications projects
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current communication channels
  • Manage media relations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in communications
  • Strong knowledge of current communication tools and techniques
  • Ability to craft compelling content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • An aptitude for problem solving and innovation
