Job Description

Civil Job PerformerPosition: Civil Job PerformerSalary Range: 4500 AEDLocation: [Specify Location]Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Supervision:
  • Oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the quality of construction work meets the required standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in construction processes and materials.
Documentation And Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection results.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status,
  • including any delays or issues encountered.
Compliance And Safety
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
Communication And Coordination
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the project team and other departments to address any issues or changes in project scope.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
  • Assist in resolving any technical challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in related activities.
  • Prior approval from ADNOC is required.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
