• Youre the hygiene guru, mastering all UAE health & safety regulations and ensuring were HACCP-compliant at every turn.
• Keep breakages in check and give feedback to reduce losses. Mamas dishes deserve it!
• Control costs like a pro and manage payroll efficiently to keep things smooth and flexible.
• Take charge of stewarding operations, from staffing to ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house, all while providing friendly and professional service.
• Be hands-on during busy times, assisting your team and leading by example.
• Stay on top of inventories, managing all equipment and supplies so everythings ready when its needed.
• Coordinate daily with the kitchen and F&B teams, making sure clean and dry equipment is always available.
• Oversee the night cleaning and ensure the highest standards are met across all areas.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Hygiene Manager to ensure were always in tip-top shape.
• Handle guest and employee inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and a smile.
• Lead your team with training, feedback, and mentorship, creating a positive environment where everyone can thrive.
