Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead and manage new hotel development initiatives, from site selection and design through to construction and pre-opening.
  • Partner with the executive team to develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with the clients objectives.
  • Direct budgeting, cost management, and profitability efforts across properties. Review financial reports and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Guide and mentor a team of hotel managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols. Apply best practices to boost guest satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to pinpoint opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders, representing the client in negotiations and partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry, with a robust background in both hotel operations and development.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and motivating teams across multiple properties.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with a track record of developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness at making informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and work adaptable hours as needed.
  • Position based in Kuwait.
