The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing brand presence, and fostering customer engagement. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys market position and achieving our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to drive online presence and lead generation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the HVAC or related industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all levels of the organization.
