Job Description

For the Middle East area of 3 Business Lines Soletanche Freyssinet: Freyssinet, Sixense & Nuvia (17 BUs in 9 countries : Oman, SA, EAU, Koweit, Qatar, Jordania ... / around 50 MEUR), we are looking for a CFO.You will report to the Manager of Freyssinet Middle East and functionally to the Finance Director of the Zone.As a business partner, you work with the Management Team to improve the financial tools and processes necessary to support the company growth, managing the Finance/Account Department - 10 employees based in Dubai.Your Main Task Are

  • Ensuring compliance to local regulations and group company policies (Audit, Internal Control, Tax filling, Fraud prevention)
  • Managing relationship with banks (Cash & Trade services)
  • Providing business performance analysis to support management decision-making process.
  • Lead Monthly and quarterly closings, Budget and Forecasts processes, and presentation to Head Office.
  • Contracts & Payment terms, Bond guarantees, JV contracts, Cash collection.
  • Implementing new group tools (Salesforce, Power Queries, Power Bi, Pilot XS)
The position is situated in Dubai.You will be hired with a local employment contract.Accounting or Finance degree required with minimum 10 years hands on experience in Finance and Accounting management, ideally acquired in a construction company.Demonstrated ability to work within a team and interface successfully at multiple organisational levels and a multi-cultural environment.Strong Analytical Skills Required.Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.Arabic and/or French speaking could be a plus.
