Charterhouse is presently managing a search for a client within the sustainability sector, who is in the process of looking to recruit a CEO to help with their growth and global business presence.About The RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a company that is looking to have a positive impact on the world. The CEO will be responsible for leading and spearheading growth within the business as well as driving an innovative culture and making sure that continuous improvement is a big focus for the organization.This role will assist with developing and executing the companys goals and long-term vision. There will be a focus on key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time with quality standards.In addition, the CEO will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members across the business. Being a C-suite level position, this role will mentor and motivate other staff members across the business.About YouTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience working as a CEO or equivalent position. Experience within the ESG sector is preferred to be successful in this role.Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills, having previous experience preferably within scaleups/fast-paced start-ups. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who has the ability to problem-solve when needed. The candidate must also possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
