JOB PURPOSE:Lead the formulation of rigorous financial structures though evaluating investment proposals, appraising financing opportunities, and implementing innovative financing in line with ADNOC Financing Strategy and Policy.Continuously support and monitor the funding requirements to provide the consultation and recommendation to the group companies and the management when needed.Lead the formulation of optimal capital structures and support the raising of required debt through multiple instruments to meet short and long-term funding requirements and maximise return on investment of ADNOC group.Manage the maintenance of ADNOC credit rating and ensure internal and external working relationship in place along with ancillary business of our major financing partners.6.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualification?Bachelor?s degree Accounting,Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills?12 years ofprofessional experiencein Financing or Accounting related positions.?Very good knowledge ofEnglish.
