  • Ship Repair Business: A well-established company with over 130 employees, specializing in ship repairs with mainly serving one large company (Drydocks World).
  • Auto Repair Centre and Car Reseller: A newly formed company, expanding into car rental business.
Job Summary:As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of both companies. This position involves a dynamic range of responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to handle diverse business challenges and opportunities.Some of Initial Responsibilities:For Auto Repair Centre and Car Reseller:
  • Develop the business from scratch.
  • Develop companys website online Platform.
  • Establish and manage the companys presence on social media platforms.
  • Conduct marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain business-to-business relationships.
  • Implement customer relationship, project, finance & Other management systems.
  • Oversee potential recruitment for the new business.
For Ship Repair Business:
  • Address urgent government & client compliance needs.
  • Conduct internal and external financial audits for the past two years.
  • Implement a reliable and compliant accounting system.
  • Develop and execute a growth plan post-compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development industries.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and accounting systems.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
