Job descriptionSAM BOX- A Leading baby products distributor based in Dubai is looking for Offline Export Sales Manager for its expansion in offline retail across GCC. The Sales Manager will be required to find new offline retailers, for our products across GCC.Must Have-4-6 yrs Experience in Baby, Kids & Moms category, sales & distribution, is a must with a good network in retail chains across GCCCurrent Working relation with Kids, Mums and Baby Products with a good network in offline chain storesPreferable from Kids product DistributorMust be a go-getter with performance results from first month itselfJob RolePresent the product and services to generate sales through retail chains and stores.Proactively promote and sell the products.Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through customer interaction or visitors information.To maintain required records, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between retail shops/chains customers and other stakeholdersManage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and payment collection, result tracking and trouble shootingProduct selection, presentation and promotional planning for revenue growthStart-up acumen along with strong work ethics and get work doneGood business judgment, prioritization, focus and ability to make decisions while working in a highly charged environmentSkillsQualification, Experience and Skills:Minimum 4 years experience in UAE/GCC for Kids brands / baby care products, for sales & distribution.Direct sales experience in Mums Kids and Baby productsProven skills in closing deals and achieving targetsWorking knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirementsGreat articulation skills and clarity of thoughtProficiency in EnglishMust have Driving License with own carJob Type: Full-timeCompetitive Salary with high CommissionEmployment TypeFull-time
