Job Description

We are hiring B2B Sales Executive to work with JobsGlobal.com Head Office in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.Package: Salary + CommissionResponsibilities:

  • Introduce JobsGlobal to new companies;
  • Develop new clients and deliver for them multinational manpower solutions;
  • Use, update and maintain data within the company ERP system relating to clients;
  • Perform market research in order to identify new opportunities within the market;
  • As a key account manager be a single point of contact for key strategic clients;
Qualififcations:
  • Must understand the bulk overseas recruitment industry from the perspective of an agency employee or from within an HR/Talent Acquisition or Operations department of a client;
  • Our sales approach is consultative in nature and requires a high degree of industry knowledge and highly developed customer service ability;
  • Cold calling with form part of the early stages of the employment role, for this all candidates should be prepared;
  • High level of verbal communication skills;
  • Able to meet clients in person or via video calls;
  • Good written English skills.
  • Fluent in English and highly computer literate;
  • Arabic language skills would be useful for some positions.
