Job Description

We are hiring Branch Manager for a well known Cafe in Dubai.Branch Manager - (Restaurant or Cafe experience mandatory)

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Restaurant or Cafe.
  • Must have experience in leading and managing restaurants.
  • Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Experience in managing operation budgets.
  • Planning menus.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
  • Promoting and marketing the business.
  • Overseeing the general operation in kitchen, rest. floors and stores.
  • Providing trainings to customer service staffs.
  • Looking after customers and their needs.
  • Ordering supplies
  • Preparing & Monitoring staff schedule, attendance.
