Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and experienced Bike Messenger to join the team at IIQAF to support our daily operations. As a reliable member of the team, you will ensure time-sensitive documents, packages and correspondence are delivered safely and securely.Responsibilities

  • Learn the routes and areas in which you are expected to deliver items.
  • Pick up and deliver items promptly and carefully, ensuring that they remain secure throughout each journey.
  • Pack items correctly so that they do not become damaged during transit.
  • Send regular status updates to the team on the progress of each delivery.
  • Follow IIQAFs safety and security practices and procedures.
  • Obtain signatures upon completion of each journey for our records.
  • Plan the most efficient routes to ensure deliveries are made within the designated time.
  • Load and unload items safely and with care.
  • Notify the team of any delays, accidents or any other issue during transit.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bike Messenger.
  • Excellent knowledge of the city and its surrounding areas.
  • Ability to ride even in bad weather conditions.
  • Physically fit and able to lift and transport heavy packages.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
