Job Description

IIQAF is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This professional must bring an enthusiastic, creative, and passionate approach to making drinks and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable and highly experienced in mixology; skilled in customer service, communication, and hospitality.Responsibilities

  • Develop creative drink menus and specials for the bar
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Provide prompt and friendly customer service
  • Accept payments and suggest additional drinks or menu items
  • Perform sanitation and maintenance tasks related to bar activities
  • Adhere to all laws and regulations concerning the sale and serving of alcohol
  • Ensure drinks and bar area is always clean and properly maintained
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in bartending and mixology
  • Knowledgeable in classic and modern drinks as well as presentation techniques
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Must have a valid state bartending license
  • Must be 21 years of age
