We are currently looking for passionate, skilled and enthusiastic professionals for a variety of roles across our various outlets including Barista, Bartender, Service Attendant, Shop Attendant, Waiter, Server and Retail Assistant.We are building a team of passionate, dedicated and driven professionals to ensure the seamless running of our bars, restaurants and retail outlets by providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest comfort and safety is paramount at all times.Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service creating a unique and memorable experience for people, customers and communities
  • To have in-depth knowledge of Product/Food & Beverage menus
  • Ensure compliance with company health, safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through exceptional service
  • Build positive, direct and open relationships with all team members
Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to communicate confidently, clearly and fluently in English with customers
  • Passionate about ensuring high standards of health, safety and cleanliness
  • Committed to sustainable practices in line with our company vision
Desirable Experience, Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience working in a multicultural retail/food and beverage outlets
  • Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic product knowledge
  • WSET qualified (level 1 & level 2)
