As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing the bar staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and bar equipment
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
