•To assist in the completion of all documentation related to salary payments to ensure the required business, financial, service and risk targets are met in line with ADCB’s business plan.•receive direction and support, discussperformance and ensure objectives are metTo provide/receive information and to obtainApprovals. pass/receive information.•provide/receive information and share updates.•share information, provide updates andto obtain approvals.•share information and provide updates.•Coordinate the flow of work related to salary payments efficiently in line with ADCB/UAE Central Bank•(CBUSE) and Swift standards and regulations in order to achieve delivery of service levels to external and internal customers with no operational loss to the Bank•Liaise with business partners and stakeholders to ensure service related issues are promptly resolved•Analyse business information in order to identifybusiness process improvements to achieve betterservice with reduced resource dependency.•Analyse and report activity trends/results/recommendations related to assigned area toensure key performance results are in line with thebusiness plan.•Assist in the implementation of new changes and enhancements to the different applications/systems utilised by Transaction Services Payments in line with internal and external requirements, regulations and mandates.•Assist in the implementation of risk mitigating tools and techniques in order to improve the processes/activities based on best practise in accordance with the Bank’s policies, internal and external regulations.•Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders•The ideal candidate should have the following experience:•At least 3 years of Banking experience in various areas.•Bachelor’s degree in finance or commerce from a well recognised university•Banking applications•Sound knowledge in payments/remittances•Advanced skills in MS Office•Strong analytical and problem solving skills•Strong interpersonal and communications skillsTeam management skillsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
