Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth within the security guard solutions segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly within the security services industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security guard solutions sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored security solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the security services industry.
  • Strong understanding of security guard solutions and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
