Job Description

Job Title:Assistant Front Office ManagerQualifications:Diploma/ Graduate (Hospitality / Management)Responsibilities:Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front desk.Supervise front office staff including receptionists and concierge.Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve complaints efficiently.Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations.Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.Train and mentor junior front office staff.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in front office or hospitality management.Strong knowledge of hotel management software and front office operations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues effectively.UAE/GCC experience preferred.
