We seek an Assistant Fashion Designer to work with a new fashion business in Dubai. Promoted by a London Business School alum, the business is into creating a new concept in on-demand bespoke tailoring and alterations as well as fashion retail.ObjectiveThe incumbent will help the company in day to day operations as it establishes itself and acquires customers through its tailoring and alteration services. Work involves managing the tailors, running the shop floor, ensuring timely and accurate completion and delivery of services, maintaining shop inventory and daily reporting, ensuring shop front is presentable and updated, assist the marketing team with campaigns and anything else as described.SalarySalary AED 4000 per month. Three months probation. Salary increased to AED 5000 on confirmation.Visa not provided.Requirements1. Trained fashion designer with degree.2. Hands-n experience of creating couture dresses.3. Hands-on experience of stitching and tailoring.4. Good sense of style and trends.5. Excellent English communicaiton skills.
