The successful candidate needs to have a strategic mindset, while driving process efficiencies and sharing best practices amongst teams. The role involves championing CRM optimization, managing the integrity of data, managing multiple projects & providing insights based on analysis of trends. The role is based in Dubai reporting into VP, Head of Sales Excellence, CEMEA.Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion CRM optimization and decision-making through continued roll-out and implementation of Visas sales methodology in conjunction with the Sales and cross functional teams.
  • Manage integrity of the data within Dynamics to ensure meaningful conversations at all levels in the organization.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
  • Provide insights and strategic action plan based on analysis of trends to drive better business outcomes.
  • Manage the Knowledge Management tool agenda to enable rapid adoption.
  • Share best practices amongst teams.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple work streams and coordinating complex cross-enterprise processes
  • Experience with process re-engineering and implementations preferred
  • Experience across multiple countries and cultures
  • Experience working in a consulting firm, or payments industry is a plus
