Job Description

  • To be completely abreast with the product knowledge & salesprocess
  • To take ownership of all the leads & religiously follow them for desiredclosure
  • To maintain a sales calendar for all events & activities planned during themonth
  • To keep thoroughly abreast with competition & their activities includingcurrent pricing, offers, special features of the project & any other relevant information helpful forsales
  • Keep updated & informed all HFI Activities & their connect with thecustomers
  • Seek help & regular information from CRM & Marketing department toensure relevant feedback to the customers
  • To achieve the set sales numbers as agreed with the immediate superior
  • Experience in sales of high end residential projects
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • knowledge of Sales force
