Job Description

IIQAF is currently looking for an experienced and creative Aluminum Fabricator to join our team of experts. As an Aluminum Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, joining and cutting aluminum and related products. To succeed in this role, you should have knowledge in welding and metal fabrication, along with excellent mechanical and organizational skills.Responsibilities

  • Design and fabricate aluminum products according to customer specifications and designs.
  • Perform welding and cutting according to plans or blueprints.
  • Inspect and check finished products for accuracy and conformance with standards.
  • Assemble aluminum structures using bolts, nuts, and fasteners and glues.
  • Operate standard machines including saws, cutters, drill presses, and presses.
  • Maintain the fabrication area by cleaning, arranging tools and materials, and perform general maintenance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Aluminum Fabricator or similar role.
  • Up-to-date understanding of fabrication techniques and welding processes such as TIG, MIG and ARC.
  • Knowledge of materials, specifications, and quality control requirements.
  • Manual dexterity and above-average organizational skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineer drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
