Job Requirements:• Must be a Chinese speaker• Open to both male and female applicants; bachelor’s degree or above (diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered);• At least one year of living or working experience in the UAE or the Middle East;• No criminal record; responsible, honest, trustworthy, communicative, and helpful;• Strong learning and adaptability skills; capable of data collection and analysis; able to communicate in English in business contexts; proficient in office software;• Good logical and analytical abilities; capable of independently handling and resolving common job-related issues;• Experience in civil aviation or possession of a UAE driver’s license is a plus.Key Responsibilities:• Assist passengers with check-in, transfers, and irregular baggage issues;• Handle flight reception and related documentation;• Ensure support for irregular flights;• Coordinate with ground handling agencies;• Other tasks assigned by the leadership.
