Water-E659After Sales and Service Engineer - Full Time - Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJoin our Water team within Flow Equipment division in United Arab Emirates as After Sales and Service Engineer (troubleshooter).The position is office based and responsible for the troubleshooting of installations, commissioning of pump equipment and offering spare parts and paid services in order to support our client base in the Middle East (WATER segment). Preparing, coordinating, and carrying out inspections of all products at customer sites inside and outside GCC countries the country, within the specified time and at the estimated cost. Assessing and developing service operational capabilities of existing and new service partners in Middle East.Your main tasks and responsibilities: Carrying out troubleshooting and inspections inside and outside the country at customer sites; Coordinating safe and effective site and workshop overhaul, repair, installation and commissioning services for all rotating equipment; Be the first point of contact for allocated customers in respect of any issues relating to agreed on-site scopes of work; Develop strong relationships with key client contacts; Be responsible for on-site Health & Safety; Compile on-site Risk Assessments for scopes of work; Develop and maintain good and effective relationships with clients to optimise further service opportunities; Liaise with technical departments within Sulzer to develop engineering solutions; Manage relevant suppliers and subcontractors; Rersponsble for daily reporting.What you bring to Sulzer: Relevant experience of minimum 10 years specific experience of working on centrifugal submersible sewage pumps and electrical & mechanical equipment. OEM experience is preferrable. Understanding of systems and product application within the water sector. Excellent English proficiency. Experience in the Middle East and an ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and data.
