  • Ensure consistency of data across various sources.
  • Maintain the hygiene of Salesforce and backend data by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects, providing support where needed.
  • Work with admins in other markets to learn and share best practices.
  • Support the team in hitlist preparation.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings and share with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records and tracking of all sales and inventory activities.
  • Help source and generate new sales leads from different predefined sources.
, Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
