Job Description

Admin & Events CoordinatorJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Client Liaison: Identify client requirements and expectations for each event.•Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process.•Event Execution: Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.•Budget Management: Maintain event budgets and prepare financial reports.•Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct final inspections on the day of the event and assess its overall success.•Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, distribute mail, prepare timesheets, and perform clerical duties.•Task Assistance: Assist management and HR departments with various tasks, including booking air tickets and making travel arrangements.Requirements:•3 years of experience in corporate events.•Excellent organization and communication skills.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
