We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support management and staff, helping to improve efficiency and communication within the organization.Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnelSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and eventsPrepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentationsMaintain filing systems, databases, and records with accuracy and confidentialityAssist in handling office supplies, inventory, and procurementSupport basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense trackingLiaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate communicationRequirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesBasic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
