Job Description

Job Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for increasing the customer base and liabilities book by acquiring NTB customers through various internal & external sourcing channels.Main Tasks

  • To achieve targets - Liabilities through CASA/FD
  • To achieve monthly premium from selling Banc Assurance products and wealth products.
  • To provide quality customer service & ensure customer satisfaction & retention
  • Accurate documents as per banks policy. Ensure verification / authentication of documents being sent to Group Compliance / OPC for processing. Assure all accounts openings are completed within the agreed TAT
  • To complete training/certification on Sales, Compliance, Core & cross sell products as and when nominated by the management
  • To identify and initiate tie ups with consultants, to work closely with products team to close investments deals

  • SME work experience
  • UAE market experience (minimum of 2 years)
  • High conversant with accounts opening policies and procedures. Adherence to compliance norms. To be updated with Central Bank rules & policies

  • Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Tactful
