Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Responsible for recording financial transactions, analyzing financial data, maintaining records & bookkeeping, do the reconciliation of suppliers and subcontractors along with other day-to-day needs of the department.. Manage and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations on behalf of the company including customer invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.. Support and manage finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed and so that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.. Prepare and publish timely detailed reports on financial performance, balance sheet and cash flow statements and any required supporting analysis.. Regularly assess the performance of the finance departmental structure and plan for the continual improvement of the efficiency of the company.Responsibilities:.
