Title: Accountant + Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE (Near the closest Metro Station)Join Genotek:At Genotek, were at the forefront of architectural innovation, and were looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Accountant + Supply Chain Manager. This role is a unique blend of accounting, logistics, and customer interaction, perfect for someone with a knack for numbers and a passion for efficient supply chain management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals based on provided model selections.
  • Manage data entries in Tally with precision and ensure up-to-date financial records.
  • Proactively communicate with customers for payments and receivables, maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers and suppliers to obtain quotations, optimizing cost and efficiency.
  • Handle all shipping-related documentation and applications, ensuring compliance with import-export regulations.
  • Support the sales team in supply chain and commercial matters, contributing to overall team success.
  • Maintain and update our CRM with commercial figures, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an import-export based trading company in UAE.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally and a quick learner with new technology.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to commute to our office in Al Quoz or the closest Metro Station.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
