JOB OPENINGWe are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes. Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business.Handles all account related work of Limited Liability Company (LLC) independently.Able to finalizes accounts up to balance sheet level independently also will have to enter all the data in the system till up to date.Coordinates and follow ups with the CA.Handles petty cash and other day-to-day. financial transactions.Knows Journal Entry, WPS, doing bank transfers, preparing invoices and receipts.Knows how to do Account Statement Reports.Hands-on experience with accounting operations, payments and overall financial transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements.Analyze all transactions, prepare journal entries and maintain the ledger.Record/process accounts payable/receivable.Monitor cash balances.Reconcile bank statements as well as any other standard. accounting requirements.Record periodical, daily and monthly expenses.Prepares Monthly Payroll.Ensure timely settlement of payables.Reporting to management for budgeting and performance evaluation.Financial Document control and maintenance.Submission and collection of applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents in a timely manner.
