Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience using Tally software to join our finance team. As an Accountant at VIP Platinum Concierge, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries, invoices, payments, and receipts using Tally software. 2. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. 3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 4. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, track expenses, and provide insights to help control costs. 5. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, prepare and file tax returns, and liaise with tax authorities as required. 6. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to the Finance Manager. 7. Vendor and Client Relations: Collaborate with vendors and clients to address financial inquiries and resolve any financial issues in a timely manner. 8. Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors. 9. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications:. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. . Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant, with proficiency in Tally software. . Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. . High level of integrity and ethics.
