Requirements:

Experienced in Accounting Softwares - ZOHO Books experience is preferred
Should be able to start immediately
Good Personality and Customer handling experience is required
VAT submission/Budget/Forecast /Office Accounting /Record Day to Day transactions
Processing payments to external parties and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.
Coordination of Work schedules and daily assignments
Follow ups on work status and Payments with supplier/contractor/clients
Valid UAE Driving license and car would be preferred
Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
Overall Office Admin Experience is required
Should capable of handling office individually
Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up
documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation
Coordination with vendors and processing payments and returns
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree +
