We are transforming from a Tally and excel backed accounting to a complete ERP software Odoo. The selected candidate will have the advantage of learning and implementing the ERP software in our accounting office.Looking for honest detail-oriented, professional, and analytical. Top candidates will have excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate financial reports to the owner.1. Excellent attention-to-details is a must.2. Proactive.3. Observes deadlines set.4. Has willingness to learn and grow with the department.5. Passionate.Responsibilities:1. Prepare and maintain full-fledged financial reports.2. Record day-to-day transactions in their respective ledgers.3. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing.4. Prepare and complete FTA VAT forms as per UAE Guidelines.5. Handle payroll.6. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spendingRequirements and skills4-5 years of proven accounting experience in the UAESolid proficiency in MS Excel is required.Familiar with Tally and/or Odoo is a deciding factor.Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.Solid understanding of accounting payable/receivable principles.Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.A high degree of accuracy and attention to detailBS degree in Finance, Accounting.
