Job Description

Job Title: 3D Printing Engineer (FDM/SLS/SLA)Company: Proto21 3D Printing LLCLocation: Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, Dubai, UAE.Join us in revolutionizing the world of 3D printing and bringing innovative ideas to life!Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in 3D design and printing technologies, with a strong command of various software tools like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Materialize Magics, Prusa Slicer, Simplify3D, and Cura. If you have a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and pushing the boundaries of whats possible with 3D printing, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify 3D designs using Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and other relevant software.
  • Prepare 3D files for 3D printing using Materialise Magics, Prusa Slicer, Simplify3D, and Cura.
  • Support 3D production engineers to Operate and maintain FDM, MJF, and SLA 3D printing Labs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to 3D printing processes and equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality prototypes and products.
  • Stay updated with advancements in 3D printing technologies and recommend improvements to processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with 3D design and printing technologies.
  • Proficiency in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Materialise Magics, Prusa Slicer, Simplify3D, and Cura.
  • Strong understanding of FDM, SLS, and SLA 3D printing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready to join immediately.
