In everything we do, we do it with an unrivalled obsession towards adding real value to businesses through its people, with No Fluff Attached.Job PurposeAs a 360 Recruitment & Business Development Consultant and as Employee #2 at HRhipp, you will undertake a multifaceted role focusing on both recruitment and driving business growth (client acquisition). This role will spend most of the time in identifying and onboarding new clients followed by engaging the onboarded clients in the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles. This role is pegged to grow into a leadership role during the future growth trajectory of the company and will require longer-term investment from the incumbent.Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering recruitment solutions that align with their goals.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Develop and execute other relevant business development tactics to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.

Recruitment Function:

• Engage in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs and provide unmatched recruitment solutions.
• Actively maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Job Requirements

• Not more than 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes coupled with a demonstrable track record in business development within the recruitment industry across the GCC countries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in utilizing a multitude of recruitment tools, CRM systems, and business development strategies to drive results.
• Self-starter with the grit and grind to thrive in a results-oriented sales environment.

Remuneration and other relevant information

• Fixed gross monthly salary of AED 7000 (slightly negotiable), plus an attractive incentive of up to 25% on business development targets.
• Only candidates based in Dubai will be short-listed.
