The role involves managing corporate accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships while working closely with sales and leadership teams.Key Responsibilities:- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.- Conduct in-person visits and sales calls to existing and potential customers.- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database.- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.- Driving License is a must.- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience preferred, especially in flower wholesale, FMCG, or similar industries.- Knowledge of the UAE market is a strong advantage.- Proven ability to build strong relationships, drive sales, and develop new business opportunities.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.How to Apply:Please send your updated CV along with a recent photo - apply online here.
