Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct daily HSE inspections at client sites.Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures.Prepare Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.Conduct Toolbox Talks and safety inductions.Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.Coordinate emergency response drills and site preparedness.Support internal and external HSE audits.Ensure safe execution of conveyor belt maintenance, rubber lining, surface protection, mechanical maintenance, and shutdown activities.Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial services, maintenance, EPC, manufacturing, conveyor systems, mining, cement, power, ports, or oil & gas.NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory).Knowledge of PTW systems, Risk Assessment, JSA, Incident Investigation, and HSE reporting.Strong communication and leadership skills.UAE Driving License preferred.Good command of English.
