SUMMARY:Maintaining and innovating company websites for design, functionality, SEO optimization and lead-generating format (user efficiency).Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.Have the skills, knowledge and experience in building websites on various platforms such as Magento, WordPress, Java etc. Websites are the company?s portfolio to external customers, partners, suppliers, candidates etc. therefore your main objective to sell our companies through this platform whilst staying in line with company standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Constant communication with the Marketing Department to understand relevant content, efficiency, functionality, updates etc.2.Planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and services using web applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, API?s and jQuery.3.Carry out both UI/UX tasks efficiently. 4. Pay attention in detail to all the tasks carried out. 5.Create engaging, informative and motivating website layouts and functionality focused towards the target audience.6.All Company websites are created for a user-friendly experience. 7. Ensure all websites are Desktop, mobile and tablet optimized. 8 Ensure the security principles are in place on all web-based applications i.e. E-commerce websites.9. Work with the reporting personnel to ensure the company websites are up-to-date with content, campaign information, images etc. 10. Ensure the final work is visually appealing and functional being in line with brand guidelines. i.e. website themes. 11. Planning concepts by studying the relevant information provided on the design brief form. 12.Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed13. Build and manage a website calendar14. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)15. Ensuring confidentiality for all information shared to produce content for various purposes16. Correct usage of all content ensuring in line with company standards.17. To complete daily and weekly tasks assigned by the reporting personnel in a timely manner to obtain sufficient results18. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Reporting useful findings to the reporting personnel19. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices20.Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with reporting personnel21. Strong background with web applications and programming languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, API?s and jQuery22. Expertise in UI/UX best practices23 .A problem solver with everything you develop to improve our site?s experience and drive action24 .A thorough understanding of mobile, tablet and desktop optimization
