We are looking for Investment Manager for UAE.Job Purpose: To Conduct property investment due diligence, execution and post-deal asset management. Research on property market information and data. Conduct valuation and modelling on target property and other investments. RESPONSIBILITIESConduct research on emerging property markets and to acquire market investment opportunities. Gather information and provide analysis on property investment opportunitiesResearch on property market information and data. Responsible for property investments, including but not limited to project negotiation, due diligence, designing transaction structure, financial modelling, drafting related documents, etc.Ensure all deliverable and budget control are completed on schedule with highest satisfactionTake responsibility of the production of internal and external investment material and portfolio reportingEngage in regular research and reading to stay apprised about the state of the World economy, global financial markets, and general current eventsMaintain current knowledge about financial products available, including bonds, stocks, investments, and trustsWorks closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunitiesPresents investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with Management.Uses complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions and proposalsWork along with the CFO to make decisions about financial and investment opportunities.Meets with an investment team, including analysts and other managers, to stay up-to-date about market situations and company decisions that may impact one anotherSpecialized in real estate or industry to aspire to achieve expert level knowledgeCalculate the ROI and specify the time period for the same.Number crunching / building up business models and conclude if the investment targets are realistic.
