JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for managing the technical and administrative functions of the Interpreter Service department.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?Models and promotes a culture of empathy, respect and ?patients first? for all interpreter service activities?Helps manage quality assurance and performance improvement activities within the Interpreter Service department?Interprets, translates and ensures compliance with all appropriate codes and standards?Provides technical expertise on all matters related to interpreter and translation service practices and technology?Conducts training on interpreter and translation service procedures and practices?Provides direct supervision of Interpreter and Translator Service department team members?Additional Duties as assigned.
