We are looking for Quantity Surveyor for UAE.Responsibilities:? Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs? Estimate the quantity and costs of materials? Prepare contracts and documents? Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials? Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs? Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets? Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors? Hire and document contractors and subcontractors? Keep track of construction materials and inventory? Identify potential financial or construction risks? Advise on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs? Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors? Document progress, materials, and reports on project? Advise on property taxes, regulations, and local laws? Source maintenance costs and facilities management ? Develop and maintain working relationships with contractors and subcontractors? Utilize software to calculate, record, and track inventory and estimates? Analyse completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs? Responsible for managing all project costs from start to finish? Perform analyses of costs for various building projects? Monitor the cost and use of company resources? Inspect and compute the value of completed work and projects? Responsible for a great number of business ventures at any given time? Accomplish reports on and recommend advice about building and maintenance costs? Generate cost and value reports monthly and quarterly, produce accurate information on cash flow? Responsible for the preparation of contract and tender documents? Cultivate solid ties with sub-contractors and clients? Offer recommendations and direction to company employees in the generation and reporting of work proposals, reviews, and updates? Responsible for the generation of bid schedules and other related and needed documents? Delivered bid document packages to vendors and subcontractors? Analyse the value of bids, entered negotiations, and generated necessary papers such as subcontracts and procurement documents? Verified requests for payment, and confirmed the payouts for vendors? Examined and confirmed qualifications of vendors and handled subcontract or procurement? Generated forecasts on matters such as budget and cash-flow? Monitored the actual costs and judged them against the set budget, and control costs as needed
