We are looking for Maintenance Manager for Tim Hortons BrandPosition Objective:The position is responsible to control the installation, repair and upkeep of employers' property, including machines and mechanical systems. They may also take on more administrative tasks, depending on the specifics of their job.Key Responsibilities: ?Leading a team of Engineering Professionals (Team Leaders / Technicians) ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of man power.?Operate an information management system and Monthly Activity Report, Prepare Maintain and Implement plans. ?Implement stringent systems and quality plans/manuals to ensure high quality standards of Maintenance of machines for effectiveness.?Evaluation of the equipment?s and draws up a maintenance program for the equipment, to get the maximum productivity without running down the equipment. ?Draw up the maintenance plan depending on the Complaints reports and performance of the equipment?s.?Study the Breakdown reports and complaints to revise the maintenance schedule and update the maintenance program for technicians.?Maintain a complete inventory of all the Equipment in the outlet, standby equipment and their status in the Ware House location.?Indent for spares depending on the critical requirement for all the equipment?s.?The Maintenance Manager shall carry out random audit on the PMS done by the technician. Each outlet will be audited at least once in three months.?Ensure information regarding any break down immediately communicated to Area Managers/ Operation Managers.?Preparation of Maintenance Budgets for the year including AMC expenses and in house technicians travel and training.?Preparation of Outlet criticality awareness to Management for timely approvals of budgets and execution of works in the outlet.?Prepare Cost awareness to outlet Managers on Maintenance of equipment?s due to mishandling and cleanliness. ?Coordination with Accounts and other departments and ensuring submission of bills/claims to accounts department on time.?Maintain Zero break down and Zero Maintenance policy.
