The Machine Operator will adhere with the cGMP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner. He will overall organize the machine and line for production and follow the instructions given by the superiors to get the line capacity every hour and maximize the line efficiency.Key responsibilities & Accountability:Organizes the machine and line for production.Follows gowning procedure as per the SOP.Performs the machine and line cleaning as per SOP.Follows standard operating procedures.Checks the bulk and production material before use as per dispensing sheet.Responsible for the line clearance.Reports any mistake or technical fault to the production engineer.Gets the line capacity every hour and help maximum line efficiency.Responsible to keep the line clean between batches and at the end of the shift.Performs any additional responsibilities assigned by the superiors.Qualifications:- EducationDiploma in IT or any equivalent field.- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience as operator.- Training:Key Competencies:Team work and time management Capable of working in shifts Must be physically fitTechnical Competencies:Full knowledge of machine and machine parts. IT Skills Basic Understanding and communication in English Language. Machine and operation monitoring Good documentation skills.
