1. Conduct Gap Analysis at client?s place to find out level of compliance and development/ revision/ amendment required. 2. Liase with the external client coordinator/ client representative to complete the documentation in stipulated time including review and approval 3. Conduct ISO training for external client and its representatives for subscribed standards and ISO documents. 4. Conduct workshop for communication of ISO procedures to both internal and external clients and its representatives. 5. Assist external clients in implementation of the ISO Management Systems to which it is subscribed for. 6. Conduct Internal Audit at client?s (external) place for evaluation of implementation. 7. Assist external client in conducting Management Review Meeting prior certification/ re-certification audits. 8. Where applicable, liase with certification bodies to arrange for ISO certification of external client to subscribed ISO Management Systems. 9. Assist external client during stage 1 & 2 certification audits. 10. Assist external client for closing any Non Conformances raised during the certification audit. 11. Where applicable, based on contractual obligations, conduct Internal Audit at client?s place for subscribed ISO Management Systems. 12. Ensure timely completion of ISO Consultancy project. 13. Where applicable, create memos/ letters for justification of any delay in project. 14. Prepare and communicate progress report and project status for information of client. 15. Prior completion of project, submit hard copies and soft copies of approved documents to clients. 16. Provide services for internal clients to take part in bids, tenders and pre-qualifications. 17. Assist Sales and Marketing team in preparing proposals/ tender submittals/ pre-qualifications for ISO Projects. 18.
