The Factory Manager is responsible for ensuring that all systems introduced in the Company are being implemented and reviewed for its continual improvement. The Manager must also ensure that daily activities and functions necessary for the smooth operation of group business are carried out.Plan and organize the activities of the factory including fabrication, production, maintenance ensuring adherence with the time frames established in dispatch/fabrication orders? Ensure smooth functioning of manufacturing line with clearly defined objectives on day to day production performance as required? Delegate and Supervise Tasks to Factory Staff as Necessary? Participate in the ongoing improvement, monitoring and implementation of company policies and procedures in accordance with ISO and QHSE standards? Preparation of costing for each production and fabrication to minimize material, manpower usage? Create and Enforce Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures? Create and Implement Machine Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures? Analyze Factory Production Data and Devising Improvement Strategies as Necessary? Handles day to day Customs Related Issues with proper material pricing? Actively involved in Production of HDPE pipes? Keep track of Stock management in coordination with Storekeeper? Plan and organize deliveries in coordination with Supervisor? Actively involved with factory team members for better work and HDPE production efficiency results
